The vineyards are exposed south-east, and the altitude rises from 430 m to 480 m above sea-level.

The estate’s production philosophy aims at obtaining the highest quality with a special respect for the environment and for the genuineness of its vines.

The analysis of the soil, the careful selection of the clones and of the rootstock, the high density of the vine stock  of about 5000 logs per hectares, the management of the soil by a careful covering with grass and its green manure, and furthermore the thinning out of clusters during the ripening of the grapes, these are all choices and acts aimed at obtaining the best quality in the vineyard.
