The
vine we produce is obtained only from grapes carefully selected in
our vineyards.
The most significant productions are “Barbera” Oltrepò Pavese and
“Malvasia” Oltrepò Pavese which reach the right stage of maturation
in small oak barrels.
The traditional technologies are supported in the cellar by a
constantly analytic control and by a total hygiene that constitute
the basis of the natural evolution, which normally produce very
satisfactory results. |
